(NASHVILLE, TN) August 7, 2009—Words Records newest signing Satellites & Sirens released their debut digital-only EP All We Need is Sound. Featuring three tracks including the band’s first single and video, “Take Me Back,” the EP introduced the band’s unique 80’s-synth rock sound to music listeners via iTunes. The band is slated to release the Breaking the Noise EP on October 6.

On the heals of the All We Need is Sound EP release, the band partnered with the Light the Night Walk, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s annual walk and fundraising event. The band will be forming their own fundraising team and participating in the Nashville chapter’s October 1st event in addition to nationally partnering with the organization.
